Role Overview:
Sessions: 68 per week (fully flexible)
Start Date: AugustSeptember 2025 (can wait for the right GP)
Salary: £10,000£10,500 per session (pensionable), plus up to £5,000 bonus
Contract: BMA-aligned with NHS pension, sick pay, and indemnity
Annual Leave: 6 weeks plus 1 week study leave (pro rata)

Criteria:
GMC-registered GP (newly qualified or experienced)
Passionate about continuity and delivering high-quality patient care
Approachable, collaborative, and committed to ongoing development
Interest in teaching, training, or specialisms welcomed
Highlights:
Protected workloads - cap of 14 per session (mix of F2F and telephone)
Duty day only once weekly (same-day triage and care home support)
AM and PM clinics with flexible break times - 20 minutes
Participation in extended access rota (e.g., Tuesday AMs and 8 Saturdays per year)
