Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery and/or IT management. We are looking for a proven track record of growing MSP environments. We require expertise in Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, Ubiquiti, and Cisco Meraki. We value a growth mindset and the ability to think beyond traditional IT support. We strongly prefer relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Google, or specialised networking certifications. A full driving licence is desirable. We prefer candidates who live within 30 to 45 minutes of London Zone 1 and 2 by public transport and/or car. We need someone who can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical clients. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to lead the IT division with a focus on MSP growth and technical leadership. You will drive the growth of our Managed Service Provider division through innovative service offerings and scalable processes. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust IT security, governance, and policy frameworks for both our internal operations and our external clients. You will manage and develop our IT team, fostering high performance and continuous learning. You will act as the ultimate technical authority for hardware, software, and networking solutions across home, business, and marine environments. You will document and optimise our internal business IT processes, ensuring technical governance is central to every project. You will manage our IT budget and report on expenditure and growth ROI to our Directors. You will oversee the ticketing system and handle high-level Tier 2/3 support escalations. You will procure hardware and software based on client specifications and our business standards. You will evaluate emerging technologies to keep us at the cutting edge. You will manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. You will have opportunities to provide face-to-face customer support and installations.
