Key Responsibilities for an Internal Account Manager: Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives. Being available as a primary point of contact when it comes to customer service focus in creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory. Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into CRM maintaining accurate project notes and information for mailing purposes. Manage sales process and pipeline, and prepare for monthly sales reports and forecasts. Key Skills for an Internal Account Manager: Ability to create, develop and maintain relationship by demonstrating listening, verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in building relationships and maintaining. A passion for superior product delivery and customer service. An appreciation for the need for a positive client experience.
