Experience in the <strong>consumer electronics industry</strong> is a strong plus, and we’re committed to investing in the right people for long-term growth within the company.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow relationships with industry-leading retail partners through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings.</li><li>Develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies aligned with internal KPIs and revenue targets.</li><li>Build strong cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, buying, supply chain, operations, and store support teams.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms to drive Net Sales and Operational Profit.</li><li>Analyse sales data, generate forecasts, and manage budgets to optimize performance.</li><li>Work closely with the Operations team to align demand planning with inventory availability.</li><li>Provide accurate, timely reports to the Sales Leader and relevant internal departments.</li><li>Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.</li><li>Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.</li><li>Travel as required for customer meetings and trade shows.</li><li>Be based <strong>on-site in our Watford office 4 days per week</strong> (Friday is WFH).</li></ul><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to <strong>build your career at Anker</strong>, working with great brands and great people in a supportive, high-performance environment.</p><p><strong>Ready to grow with us?
