Responsibilities
* Practice in a nurse‑led environment, developing clinical and collaborative skills.
* Provide compassionate, high‑quality care and support to Residents and their families.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; contribute as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, modelling professional behaviours.
* Adhere to NMC standards and maintain your Pin number and professional registration.
* Participate in digital care planning and adapt to evolving technology with support to learn as needed.
Qualifications
* At least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care.
* A valid NMC PIN and understanding of professional standards of practice.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional behaviours.
* Evidence of safeguarding awareness and willingness to undertake safeguarding training relevant to the role.
