We are seeking exceptional, detail‑driven cleaners and housekeepers with backgrounds in 4–5 star hotels, boutique hospitality, or premium housekeeping. We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.
We cover key areas in the South West of England including Bristol
• Cheltenham
• Exeter
• Bath
• Cotswolds .
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
* Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces according to health and safety standards
* Ensure waste disposal is handled appropriately and recycling procedures are followed
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet rolls as needed
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to the supervisor
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
* Adhere to organisational policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Skills
* Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members effectively
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
* Customer service orientation to assist clients or visitors politely when required
* Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between multiple sites or locations
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
