Your day to day
As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Head Chef to develop your technical skills and understanding of menu and kitchen operation
What we need from you
Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to a high standard
Learn and develop strong cooking techniques
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Support senior chefs during service
Demonstrate organisation, focus, and a willingness to improve
Respect kitchen discipline and team structure
A passion for making guests smile and delivering a memorable experience,
Flexible availability morning, evening, weekend and Public Holiday shifts are all part of the job
