Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant

Salary: Up To £30,000 (Depending On Experience)
I'm currently recruiting for a forward-thinking and client-focused law firm looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or a strong interest in residential property law to join a growing firm with an excellent reputation and supportive culture.

* Supporting fee earners in managing residential property transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
* Preparing contract packs, ordering searches, and submitting applications to HMLR
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
