Administrator – Head Office Compliance Team

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Free onsite parking!)

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (No weekends!)


The Role: Why You Matter

As our new Compliance Administrator, you aren’t just "processing paperwork." You are the guardian of the details. You’ll work closely with our Vehicle Sales Compliance Managers to ensure every order, invoice, and insurance document is spot‑on. If you love the satisfaction of a perfectly organized file and a job done right, you’ll fit right in.


A Day in Your Life

You’ll be at the heart of the action in a fast‑paced Head Office environment. Your day will include:

* Precision Processing: Creating and processing order forms and invoices with total accuracy.

* Compliance Excellence: Ensuring all work adheres to regulatory requirements for our insurance products.

* Clear Communication: Liaising with colleagues and customers to track down documentation and keep things moving.

* Problem Solving: Using your initiative to manage a varied workload and keep our reporting up to date.


What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a "details person"—someone who spots the small things others might miss.

* Experience: You have a strong background in administration (sales industry experience is a huge plus!).

* Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with various IT systems. If you know Kerridge, that’s a bonus, but we’ll happily train you if you don't!

* The Right Attitude: You’re organized, proactive, and a true team player who thrives in a busy environment.

* Communication: You can talk to anyone, from internal managers to external customers, with professional ease.
