What You’ll Do
As our Regional Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will:
* Collaborate with the Head of Estates to deliver top-tier property maintenance.
* Supervise and mentor maintenance teams, fostering growth and excellence.
* Experience of managing and first hand involvement ofreactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
* Oversee contractors and ensure all works meet safety and compliance standards.
* Drive improvements in facilities operations, from audit processes to contractor performance.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience: Proven leadership and practicaltechnical know how in facilities management across multi-site environments
* Skills: Technical expertise, excellent communication, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
* Qualifications: Desirable certifications in Facilities Management and Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH).
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building services, health and safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
