The Role
As an Operational Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our base teams with all administrative activity, ensuring that base life runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Base Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
4. Managing all administrative activity within the base(s)
5. Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the base management team
6. Processing and paying roster disruption payments accurately
7. Supporting note-taking in meetings, including safety investigations and Employee Relations cases
8. Coordinating joiner and leaver processes for crew, including organising base days and ensuring equipment and IDs are managed
9. Supporting base communications and producing agendas and minutes for meetings
10. Addressing car parking concerns and identifying long-term solutions
11. Resolving or escalating crew base infrastructure or service delivery issues
12. Assisting crew with administrative queries and promoting self-service
13. Guiding grounded maternity crew working in the office
14. Organising base events and supporting PR activities
15. Providing guidance on broken or damaged devices
16. Escorting and supporting base visits to ensure seamless processes
17. Identifying issues for escalation and providing innovative solutions
