Key Responsibilities
* Supporting Supervision:
o Assist the pool manager in supervising lifeguards and staff.
o Help enforce pool rules and regulations.
* Maintenance Support:
o Monitor and maintain water chemistry.
o Assist in cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding areas.
o Support the maintenance of pool equipment.
* Staff Support:
o Assist with staff scheduling and training.
o Support staff performance evaluations.
* Administrative Assistance:
o Maintain records of pool attendance, chemical levels, and incidents.
o Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
o Support inventory management.
* Program Assistance:
o Help organize and supervise aquatic programs and events.
* Acting in the Manager's Absence:
o Be prepared to assume the responsibilities of the pool manager when needed.
Essential Skills
* Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications.
* Knowledge of pool safety and maintenance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Organizational skills.
