Are you an experienced financial services client service professional?
Have you led small teams to deliver outstanding client services, presentations and reporting?
Are you IMC or CFA qualified and comfortable working with complex investment data?
And, are you recognised for your integrity and ability to be approachable as well as operating successfully in a client-focused environment?
Our client is a well-known and highly respected global asset manager. You will play a key role; leading their client service support team who work with institutions and private investors – ensuring all clients and prospects receive outstanding service.
What you’ll do:
* Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver first-class client support
* Manage workflow of the client service team
* Oversee production and quality of presentations, factsheets, pitches and bespoke reports
* Work closely with Relationship Managers, Investment and Operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and exceptional ongoing service
* Champion process improvement and maintain CRM integrity
* Uphold compliance and operational standards
* Assist with the RfPs and DDQs
* Build relationships with third parties, colleagues and clients to strengthen client experience
The skills you need to bring:
* 6–10 years’ experience in asset or investment management, private banking or a similar environment
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Numerically confident with strong technical ability (Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, CRM)
* Highly detail-oriented while able to work at pace
* Proactive, client-focused and calm under pressure, can-do attitude
* Attention to detail
