We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to support day-to-day operations in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Client Details
The client is a well known, international organisation with offices worldwide. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Part Time Temporary Administrator who is available to start ASAP, based in Watford. The role is a minimum of 16 hours per week with potential to increase, particularly during holiday/ busy seasons. The role will be an ASAP start and an ongoing temporary role for at least 9 months with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience within an administrative role, comfortable using MS Excel & Outlook with strong communication skills.
Description
Provide general administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist with the preparation and organisation of documents and reports.
Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems effectively.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Data input on MS Excel
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Manage and organise documentation, records, and correspondence.
Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Ensure a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Profile
A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Able to work in Watford and start ASAP
Comfortable with part time/ full time hours
