Work Planner & Administrator
Pertemps are seeking a proactive and organised Work Planner & Administrator to join our client’s busy service team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling annual and ad-hoc maintenance, as well as coordinating urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
Main duties of this Work Planner & Administrator rolePlan and schedule annual and ad-hoc maintenance activities
Arrange and coordinate urgent call-outs and alarm responses
Communicate effectively with service teams, suppliers, and the public
Maintain accurate records of planned and completed work
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Monitor workloads and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support the team with administrative duties as required
Escalate issues or conflicts to management promptly
Assist in reporting and tracking performance metrics

Excellent geographical knowledge and planning skills
Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising with the public
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team
A methodical approach and confidence in managing challenging situations

Flexible working hours over 4 days (subject to workload and management discretion)
