The Role
As an Unqualified Cover Supervisor, you’ll:
Supervise classes when teachers are absent
Deliver pre-set work and keep students focused
Help maintain a calm and positive classroom environment
Build confidence leading groups of young people
Support schools across a range of subjects
However, if you would rather begin as a Teaching assistant, this is a great place to start! As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a support role in the class led by the teacher, supporting students to focus on and access the learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
