About the role OurMaintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: general maintenance decorating gardening plumbing tiling carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
