Thrive Trowbridge on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based manufacturing business seeks a Project Manager on a 12 month contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical projects across operations and production.
What you will be doing
* Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, and delivery
* Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risk
* Drive ERP-related initiatives, including D365 optimisation
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
What you will need to succeed
* Previous experience in a Project Engineer or Project Manager role, ideally manufacturing / engineering sector
* Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
* ERP experience highly desirable – especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
* Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing
