The Role
As an Insight Analyst, you will join the Data Insights team within the Business Intelligence function, delivering actionable insights for senior leaders and strategic business areas. This is a high-autonomy role where you will conceptualize, plan, and execute data projects from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and deliver analytical projects to support business operations and strategy
* Analyse performance, forecast metrics, and assess the impact of business interventions
* Create compelling storytelling reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and cross-functional teams
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and models
Your Experience
We are looking for someone analytical, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. You’ll bring a mix of technical skills, business awareness, and effective communication.
Key requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
* Experience with data modelling (Kimball methodology) and visualization best practices
* Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
* Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake or DataFactory
* Experience in analysing business operations, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations
