We have permanent, full-time and part-time opportunities for Clinical Support Workers within our bed-based services for adults and older people at Springview Hospital, Wirral.

Responsibilities
* Work on wards that cater for acute admissions, assessment and treatment of dementia care, psychiatric intensive care and rehabilitation inpatient services.
* Be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and engage in collaborative working with service users, carers and other stakeholders.
* Work on a rotational shift basis, including day and night shifts; 12-hour shifts and weekends where required to provide 24-hour services.
* Deliver high quality standards of care with a positive attitude and excellent communication.
Qualifications and requirements
* Motivated, caring individuals with a commitment to teamwork and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care.
* Good communication skills and a values-based approach to interactions with service users and colleagues.
* Availability for the interview assessment date if shortlisted and willingness to participate in the Trust’s induction and training processes.
Additional information
* Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate with pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this amount.
