Provide practical support and companionship, including:
* Companionship and emotional reassurance
* Personal care and daily routines
* Medication prompts/support (where required)
* Mobility support and assistance with outings
* Meal preparation and light household tasks
Saturday afternoon and evening visits are planned and consistent, supporting continuity for clients and reliable hours for you.
Qualifications
Training & Development — No Experience Required
No previous care experience is needed — full training is provided.
You will receive:
* Structured induction and shadowing
* Paid mandatory training
* Ongoing supervision and skills support
* Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training
* Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training
* Financial and educational support towards recognised Health & Social Care qualifications

* £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)
