Key Responsibilities as an English Teacher: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Foster literacy, critical thinking, and communication skills. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback. Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture. Requirements for the Role: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A specialism in English or a closely related subject. Experience teaching English at schools in the UK. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
