Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working Arrangement: Flexible hybrid working
The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in a practice where you’ll be given quality work, autonomy, and the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Refinancing transactions
* Development and option agreements
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of documentation
* Advising a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates
* Working closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified Solicitor or CILEX
* Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
* Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate support
* Commercially astute and able to build strong relationships
* A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
