We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading UK-wide Fire and Security Systems company. The role focuses on service calls, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance of fire alarm systems across the company’s business contracts.
Field Service Engineer (Fire Alarm Systems)
* Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus call-out payments and overtime
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approx. 1 in 4 weekend call-out rota)
* Type: Permanent (PAYE)
Undertake service calls and perform PPM and reactive maintenance on fire alarm systems.
* Respond to emergency call-outs and effectively diagnose faults.
* Complete all service documentation in line with BS5839 and company policies.
* Previous experience in fire alarm systems maintenance is essential.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated region.
