Used Car Sales Executive
Join Johnsons Cars, a leading independent franchise dealership network with 53 multi‑award‑winning dealerships across the UK. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to work at our Mazda & Used Car dealership in Oxford.
Salary & Benefits: Basic salary of £20,000 with a realistic On‑Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £45,000. 5‑day working week across Monday to Sunday.

Role & Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional experience to every customer – in person, by email or phone – assisting them in purchasing a car.
* Learn customer preferences and the small details that matter.
* Support the team to achieve sales targets by helping customers buy new or used cars.
* Keep potential and existing customers updated by sending videos and checking in with any new offers or changes.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrates pride in maximising sales and profit while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Focussed on achieving goals, self‑motivated team player and target achiever with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 12 months successful track‑record in a customer‑facing, target‑driven sales environment.
* Valid UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
