This school is looking for a passionate and reliable Classroom Support Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time role that will involve working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering varied and rewarding experience for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in primary education.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher with daily routines, lesson delivery, and classroom management. You will also work closely with small groups of pupils and occasionally one-to-one, delivering interventions, helping with phonics, literacy, and numeracy, and encouraging pupils to stay engaged and confident in their learning. Your support will help create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment where all children feel valued and motivated to succeed.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a Classroom Assistant who:
1. Has experience working with primary-aged children.
2. Demonstrates a passion for fostering the progress and development of young learners.
3. Is a team player with strong communication skills.
4. Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
