Head Coach: Blairgowrie and Rattray Women’s Team

Summary of the Role:
Blairgowrie and Rattray Women's Team are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Head Coach to lead the squad throughout their campaign in Tier 5 of Scottish Women's Football. Training takes place on Tuesday evenings and the team play competitive matches on Sundays.
Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to efficiently plan and deliver high quality training sessions; continue implementing a positive and engaging environment for each player and staff member; and lead the team during every match - providing information and coaching points in relation to the four-corner model (technical, tactical, physical, and psychological).
Communicating and delivering clear messages to all players and staff are essential in this role. Our Head Coach will also have access to analyse training and matches through Veo - with the Veo camera being accessible for every home match.
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our Football Development Officer to grow our Girls & Women's pathway.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 1.2 Youth & Adult Coaching Award
Preferred: 1.3 Youth & Adult Coaching Award
