What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Provide clerical support across teams, including Reception, Receipt & Delivery, and Data Transfer
7. Input and manage data on recruitment systems, ensuring accurate real-time records
8. Process and store pre-employment documentation appropriately
9. Cover reception duties as required, including handling enquiries, mail, and visitor support
10. Transfer new starter information accurately to ensure timely processing
11. Maintain and archive records in line with policies (manual and digital)
12. Respond to routine enquiries and escalate issues where necessary
13. Support service improvements and team efficiency initiatives
14. Deliver a high standard of service while following procedures
What you'll need for this role:
15. A minimum of five GCSE's to include English Language and Maths (Grades A -C) or equivalent qualification
OR 1 year of relevant clerical / administrative experience
16. Demonstrated experience in the use of information technology with use of MS Office packages at a minimum
17. Ability to prioritise work to achieve set deadlines and to use own initiative
18. Effective communication skills, orally, written and electronically
19. Knowledge and experience in the use of information technology to include Microsoft office
