You will build your product knowledge to respond to every type of customer enquiry and ensure every customer feels the H. Samuel brand, culture and customers through outstanding service.
Background & Experience
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands, with a natural ability to strike up conversation with a diverse range of customers.
* A positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and the desire to learn jewellery knowledge.
* Previous retail or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product knowledge and jewellery expertise.
* Drive sales while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
* Keep up to date with new products and store displays.
* Support the store team in maintaining performance and daily operational needs.
* Represent the H. Samuel brand with a business casual dress code that encourages individuality.
