We are recruiting for a Critical Electrical Shift Leader to join a high:performing Critical Engineering Team in Kings Cross. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services across a critical environment.

The Role As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will:
: Oversee and coordinate HV electrical maintenance during your shift.
: Lead and support a team of engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
: Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
: Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
: Act as the lead contact in emergency situations, ensuring risks are managed effectively.
: Mentor, train, and upskill technicians to keep the team aligned with industry best practice.
: Produce accurate shift reports, records, and performance updates.
: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
: HV Authorised Person (experienced with HV systems).
: City and Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent).
: 17th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation (18th Edition training provided if required).
: Proven experience in a critical environment.
: Strong leadership and team management skills.
: Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
: Willingness to attend on:site and off:site training.
: Working knowledge of AC systems, UPS, generators, and LV systems with strong fault:finding ability.
