Responsibilities:
* Design & Manage: Develop partner programmes, including tiering, ROI analysis, and incentive initiatives.
* Collaborate: Work closely with data analytics, finance, and deal desk teams for seamless programme execution.
* analyse: Dive into data to spot trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects, keeping everything on track in a fast-paced environment.
* Improve Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
* Communicate: Share programme goals and results with internal teams and external partners.
* Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance programme design and execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or partner operations.
* Strong project management and data analytics skills.
* Exceptional organisation and time management abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Proficiency in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and SFDC.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
