Your Role in Our Team As a valued member of our warehouse team, your role is key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll work alongside supportive Team Leaders and Managers, helping with day-to-day tasks like loading and unloading trailers, picking pallets and cases, receiving stock, cleaning, and cycle counting. Whether you’re working independently or with others, you’ll be using both manual handling techniques and mechanical equipment - all with full training provided. We believe in helping each other succeed and grow. What You’ll Be Doing Together With Us Helping to receive stock into the warehouse, ensuring all goods match paperwork and flagging any issues to your Team Leader or Manager. - Picking stock as needed and making sure the right items are always ready to go. - Using equipment like counterbalance, pivot, reach and pedestrian pallet trucks to keep stock moving efficiently. - Loading and unloading trailers safely and accurately, ensuring goods are in top condition. - Carrying out stock movements and keeping everything in line with our procedures. - Looking out for your team by following all health and safety protocols and promptly reporting any issues or equipment faults. What You Bring Ideally, you’ll have some experience with forklift trucks (counterbalance or pivot) and a background in warehousing or manufacturing.
