Were looking for a commercially sharp, analytical, and influential Cluster Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy for our hotels. If you thrive on identifying opportunities, optimising performance, and shaping commercial direction, this Cluster Revenue Manager role is for you. This is a flexible role, with remote working and monthly hotel visits.
Location: Remote (with monthly hotel visits)
Reports to: Head of Revenue
Works closely with: General Managers, Sales Managers & Commercial Director
What Youll Do
As our Cluster Revenue Manager, you will:
Lead and execute commercial strategy across multiple hotels
Identify revenue opportunities and minimise risks across all revenue streams
Own forecasting, budgeting, and all top-line reporting
Build and improve performance measurement and benchmarking tools
Partner with GMs & Sales Managers on annual Sales & Marketing Plans
Provide market insights for rate negotiations across segments
Ensure daily revenue distribution checks (pricing, parity, accuracy, competition)
Manage relationships with brand/representation partners (Hilton, IHG, BW etc.)
Deliver feasibility studies and ad-hoc commercial analysis
Keep key stakeholders informed of performance and commercial activity
About You
2+ years in a multisite hotel revenue management leadership role
Strong understanding of all revenue streams and distribution systems (including PMS)
Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills
Highly analytical with excellent presentation & communication abilities
Confident, action-oriented and able to influence at all levels
Able to translate detail into clear strategic direction
