Care Assistant
Location: HIGH WYCOMBE
Pay: £13.28–£19/hr. Additional: £13.28/hr weekdays | £13.48/hr weekends | £19/hr bank holidays. Paid travel time at £12.72/hr and mileage. Variety of shift patterns (day and/or evening).
About the Role
Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. Provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing – working independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation
* Administer medication and manage prescriptions
* Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
* Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for our customers

Qualifications and Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Aged 18+
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsored staff or visa transfers)
* A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
* No care experience required – training provided
