As a Matron, you will demonstrate qualities and skills associated with clinical leadership and be accountable for services meeting essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC, as well as local and national quality standards, including:

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in relevant health/social care profession (e.g., RMN, RLDN, OT, Social Worker)
* Current registration with the NMC or HCPC
* Masters Degree or equivalent
Experience
* Clinical Leadership and care
* Significant experience in clinical performance management
* Performance Management
