Public Area Attendant – Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness in all public hotel areas, including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors and stairwells.
* Clean guest rooms, replenish amenities and ensure public areas and bathrooms remain tidy.
* Vacuum corridors and stairways.
* Change and replenish towels and guest amenities following company guidelines.
* Undertake regular deep‑cleaning tasks.
* Restock and maintain trolley daily.
* Report missing or damaged items and ensure they are replaced or repaired to maintain uninterrupted guest stays.
* Ensure all public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
* Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly.
* Manage guest requests efficiently and timely.
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
* Carry out lost property procedures.
* Assist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships.

* Enjoy working as part of a team and can work independently.
