Main duties of the job
* Patient‑Centered Care: Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists.
* Advocacy: Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.
* Family Involvement: Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support.
* Collaborative Care: Work as an associate/key‑worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision‑making.
* Safe Environment: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.

Job responsibilities
Join our dedicated team at Ellern Mede Barnet as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). We are looking for compassionate and driven nurses to make a real impact in the lives of patients.
Qualification
* Registered Nurse qualification or studying towards NMC registration (in final year of university - 3rd year of MH/LD qualification).
* Related first‑degree ENB 998 ENB603.
Experience
* Experience of working with young people.
* In‑patient CAMHS nursing, working with patients with eating disorders.
