Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
* Work across a variety of occupied property types.
* Be paid per completed survey at competitive rates.
* Start immediately.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor.
* Own transport.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work self‑employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long‑term contract available.
