What’s the role about?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious student to join our Marketing team as a Social & PR Placement Student. This role will be responsible for all administrative tasks across both PR and social media, from sample trafficking and influencer gifting, to supporting the creation of engaging content across our organic social channels. You’ll work closely with our PR & VIP Manager, Social and Influencers Lead, and wider Marketing team to help deliver impactful campaigns and coverage that strengthen brand presence.
You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July .
Who you are
1. Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
2. Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion and digital marketing industry.
3. Highly organised with strong time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with an awareness of influencer and digital culture.
6. A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a good understanding of on-brand content.
7. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, especially during campaign launches or last-minute sample send-outs.
8. Able to build strong relationships with key business areas, both internal and external, including PR agencies, influencers, and media contacts.
What you’ll be doing
9. Managing inventory coming in and out of the business for PR & Marketing activities, supporting sample flow internally across the business.
10. Supporting the planning, scheduling, and posting across organic social channels, helping to deliver engaging, on-brand content.
11. Assisting with influencer gifting and collaboration campaigns, from ideation and logistics to post-campaign reporting.
12. Helping identify emerging influencer talent and tracking social media trends to inform future campaigns.
13. Managing gifting requests from VIP agency, including influencer send outs.
14. Working directly with Merchandising to minimise customer stock impact.
15. Monitoring and reporting on units and value of gifted and loaned stock.
16. Ensuring loaned stock is returned to the business in saleable condition.
17. Assisting with media tracking, coverage reporting, and monitoring PR and social KPIs.
18. Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure all campaign and trade activities are well supported across all channels
