We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties:
The position is for a goods in operative that will cross over to the goods in query reporting role to cover off any annual/ absence leave.
This will require attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, the ideal candidate would have basic-moderate IT skills as both roles are carried out on a PC.
They will be required to locate the parts in their correct put away locations (which involves manual handling), the person will primarily work alone, however we encourage the goods in team to communicate with each other when needing assistance or guidance to carry out their role.
Skills:
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous for managing financial records.
Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
