General Duties
* Develop architectural designs, technical information and detailed Revit models for retail and logistics projects
* Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation to support planning and construction stages
* Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Ensure design output complies with relevant UK technical standards and client requirements
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination
* Support BIM workflows and maintain model accuracy at all stages
* Assist with technical design problem solving and quality control
Ideal Candidate
* Architectural Technologist with several years' post-qualification experience working in practice
* Proven proficiency in Revit as current primary software- 100% capability expected
* Relevant experience delivering retail and/or logistics projects is a strong advantage
* Strong technical design ability and understanding of UK building regulations
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
