What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging Functional Skills English & Maths (Entry Level–Level 2)
* Adapt lessons to meet individual needs within small classes or 1:1
* Track progress and celebrate every milestone
* Work closely with a skilled, supportive SEN and pastoral team
* Create a calm, positive learning space where students can succeed
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills tutor
* Confident with differentiation and supporting SEN/SEMH learners
* Patient, creative, and resilient
* Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and grow
