Summary
The East Cornwall Primary Care network has an exciting new vacancy for a Pharmacy Technician to join our network’s innovative and expanding pharmacy team. This is an opportunity to provide key Pharmacy Technician expertise to GP practices within the locality. Working across one or several East Cornwall practices you will manage your own workload to provide a broad range of services that fully utilise the expertise a pharmacy technician can bring to the primary care team. This includes seeing patients for medication queries, assisting with prescribing related issues, enhancing prescription processes, and delivering high‑quality improvement / patient safety interventions via clinical audit. You will also help support the East PCN with core medicine optimisation activities and ensure the safe and effective use of medicines across East Cornwall.
