RSK Geosciences currently have an exciting opportunity in Bristol or Manchester for an Administrator, this is a full-time, permanent position. Reporting to the Principal Administrator, the role will involve providing administration support to the local team of consultants and wider Group when required.
What’s involved:
* Reception duties to include taking calls/messages and greeting visitors. Daily post and couriers duties
* Stock orders
* QRing and PDFing short form reports on a quick turnaround basis
* Updating and maintaining trackers relating to client sampling locations, laboratory testing, reporting status
* Managing, filing, and organising incoming data across several shared inboxes, including updating the above trackers based on this
* Liaising with the PMs when there are client / laboratory issues
What we're looking for:
* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
* Willingness to learn
* Proficient with Microsoft packages
* Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communicator and a team player
* Good written English and attention to detail
* Pleasant telephone manner
* Driving licence required to drive vans
