What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them access their learning
* Using structure, routine, and clear communication to keep pupils settled
* Helping with sensory regulation and emotional support
* Working with teachers, therapists, and support staff who truly care
* Creating a positive environment where pupils feel safe and ready to learn

* Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or similar roles
* A calm, steady approach when supporting pupils with big emotions
* Someone who can build relationships and adapt to individual needs
* A team player who brings empathy, reliability, and curiosity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
