In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and management of our affiliate marketing programs and strategic partnerships. Success in this role looks like:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Affiliate & Partnership management role for a customer-facing brand.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
* Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building abilities to foster strong partnerships.
* Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Hands-on experience with affiliate programs such as Awin or similar platforms.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
