The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of key client projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Main point of contact, ensuring KPI targets and satisfaction.
*
Project Oversight: Manage scope, risks, change control, and profitability.
*
Financials: Oversee billing, invoicing, and project budgets.
*
Team Leadership: Lead and support project teams, providing regular 1:1s and training.
*
Reporting: Prepare updates for Project Review meetings.
*
Field Coordination: Manage on-site issues and build relationships with field resources.
*
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners.
What You’ll Bring
*
Project management experience (hospitality/retail sector a plus)
*
Strong budget management and commercial awareness
*
Leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure
*
IT proficiency (MS Office essential; EPoS/networking knowledge a bonus)
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
