Our Installations team is looking to expand their Field Service Technician team to assist with the installation of CCTV systems around Colchester.

As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for WCCTV Rapid Deployment CCTV Towers.
Responsibilities of a Junior Field Service Engineer:
* Provide servicing and fault-finding diagnostics to determine solutions.
* Maintain a consistent approach while using your initiative, with minimal supervision, upholding our customer-first value.
* Seek to add value to our services and achieve first-time fixes.
* Partner with customers to ensure service quality meets or exceeds expectations.
* Document processes and follow company procedures and protocols.
* This role is field-based, involving travel to sites from your home base using a WCCTV vehicle.
* Support systems deployed within your home area.

Your Experience & Characteristics:
* Full, clean UK drivers' license.
* Manual dexterity for assembling and fixing electronic equipment.
* Proven experience in fault finding, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
* HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Knowledge of stock control processes.
* Ability to work independently with high standards.
* Customer-first mindset, maintaining core values.
* Background in Electronics, preferably in a technology service environment, with understanding of analytical applications.
* Previous technical experience in field roles is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in CCTV or alarm systems is advantageous.
