The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of subjects
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and tasks
Build positive relationships that support both learning and wellbeing
Contribute to a calm and purposeful classroom environment
You’ll gain hands-on experience across different subjects and year groups, building a strong foundation for a future in education.
