HR Officer – Hull – £40,000 per annum
We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing contact centre business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support managers with performance management, attendance, and employee reviews.
Participate in meetings, interviews, and disciplinary hearings, providing accurate note-taking and minutes.
Assist with HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across the business.
Partner with team leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement.
Handle day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.About You:
Previous HR experience within a contact centre or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Confident, professional, and able to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
